My name is David Pere, I am an active duty Marine, and have realized that service members and the working class use the phrase “I don’t get paid enough” entirely too often. The reality is that most often our financial situation is self-inflicted. After having success with real estate investing, I started From Military to Millionaire to teach personal finance and real estate investing to service members and the working class. As a result, I have helped many of my readers increase their savings gap, and increase their chances of achieving financial freedom!

Wish I had known a lot about you when I bought My first Home after Being 100% T&P after Combat in Iraq. I need to know if I can refinance with VA or the new VASP. I am at 3.5%, but a new player bought out my loan ( Mr. Cooper) and they want me to pay all my expenses like Insurance and Taxes through their Escrow, which is killing me monetarily. I can sell, but I am Disabled, Love my home, rebuilt it from ground up, I feel safe and at home here on my 10,000 ft. Mountain. I have no ability physically to move again. I have great credit, always pay my bills! Have a rating of near 800 FICO. I need help on the Re finance thing and I have done a lot to connect with the VA and my loan servicer, no one wants to help me. Can you throw me some help? I am in Colorado BTW.
Love your attitude,
